You can make payment with credit card listed below when you confirm the shooting request.

Wherever you make payment, it will be charged by JPY

Cancel

If you have already booked a session but cannot make it, I will be happy to cancel it for you.

The cancellation fee is

Cancel 5 days or before the shooting day: 0%

Cancel 1-4 days before the shooting day: 50%

Cancel on the shooting day: 100%

However, I don't charge the cancellation fee only if we need to cancel it because of heavy rain. It's up to me whether it's considered as heavy rain or not.

When you’re able to get a refund, you get the refund on your credit card. When it will be showed on your credit card statement depends on the credit card company.

Postpone

You can postpone the date ONLY IF you let me know 5 days before the shooting date and I’m available on your desired date.

If I’m not available, you need to cancel the session.

FAQ

Q. What if it’s raining on the day of my shoot?

In the case of light rain, I will either go ahead with umbrellas depending on the location, or try to change the location to a more sheltered spot. Or you can cancel the shoot for free if I consider that it's heavily rainy.

Q. How long can you stay with us?

By booking me for example from 4-6 pm, you have me available for you during those 2 hours. If you choose to travel from point A to B, that will be part of the 2-hour reservation.

Q. What if I’m late for the shoot?

If you’re late for the shoot, the time will be taken away from the shooting time. As long as you tell me that you will be late, it won’t be canceled. If you don’t show up until 30mins from the start time without telling me anything, the shoot would be canceled with 0% refund.
